Sunday, 19th March 2017. Our Bishop in retirement and his wife celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at our Hinoba-an Church. The District Apostle officiated with the bible word from Isaiah 41:13-14.

God promises His help to  those who are eager to serve Him, long for salvation, believe in His promise and who are willing to struggle for the blessing.

This applied to the Israelites and it applies to the Children of God today. The Golden couple, the District Apostle said, exactly experienced this in their matrimonial life of 5 decades. The Lord’s help was available at all times. He helps to be blessed by giving us His commandments and the gift of the Holy Spirit to lead us. He helps to be His servants and opens our mind to understand the Bible and God’s plan of salvation. He tells us how He wants to save us, by experiencing His love which we shall in turn then also  show to our neighbour. He guides us to be at the right time in the right place to witness the effects of His help and power of His love.

On Saturday the Ap. Diagbel brought the District Apostle to Tabu congregation and Bactolon congregation for divine services. These are in an area where over 30 years ago the missionary work began. At that time the District Apostel was an Evangelist and had to walk. Today there are good roads and even internet is available. Times change, much develops also for the benefit of God’s work.
