Negros Island (Ap. Beliot, Occidental and Ap. Catan, Oriental) has the biggest new apostolic membership in the Philippines. Consequently the yearly number of confirmands is considerable. 94 young Brothers and Sisters gave their Yes words and made their vow on Sunday 8th April 2018.

On Saturday the District Apostle gathered them to emphasize once more on the importance of being faithful to Christ, bound by our Baptismal vow and confirmation vow. All spend the evening in a fellowship of sharing.

This year’s message by the Chief Apostle to the Confirmands was based on Ephesians 5:1

“therefore be imitators of God as dear children”

“All of us, not only you who make this vow today, profess Christ and commit ourselves to emulate Christ, follow Him, assume responsibility and imitate Christ in prayer, obedience, love and in resting evil”
